- Ekaros 3y agoSo they finally fixed all issues with panel gaps and build quality? You need to be rather waterproof to manage to effectively float and not leak...
- sidibe 3y agoIt's something he thought sounded really cool yesterday after his employees talked about how waterproof it is with Jay Leno. If he ends up feeling obligated to follow through it's definitely just gonna be some kind of impractical pontoon thing you tow and can put under it.
- 3cats-in-a-coat 3y agoTesla is the company that makes cars that break down severely due to... rain, and car wash. Corroded battery shells, shorts, corroded power steering wiring. And 5 digit bills to fix that, warranty or not. So when they say they'll make cars that can be used as a boat, that really means a lot. I really believe it. Yup. I especially believe the part where they'll take 20 grand for the package, and then when you sink, or your car turns into a rust bucket few months later, they'll tell you that you drove it wrong.
