They are an oil spill response company. These chemicals that are leaking are normally sprayed in marine habitat to disperse oil spills.
- stevenwoo 3y agoI-10 going east from Houston to Louisiana has stretches with miles and miles of refineries, that this one company is responsible for the vast majority of benzene released in the area is mind boggling.
