In 1992 it was practically unavailable outside universities and research institutions. There were basically no consumer ISPs.
- ghaff 3y agoI don't think, even working at a pretty large computer company, I had access to the internet in 1992. I did get access via a Unix workstation probably a few years later but not by 19992.
