It's positive and uplifting post and it is that too when a language works with how you think and is expressive and productive. It's unsatisfying to work against a learning curve if you are hitting obstacles. A language is one possible notation of thought. I like to be productive with my thoughts. I tend to do proof of concepts in Python then port to C or in Java directly. I remember learning about Ruby when posted on digg and there was a new tool coming out all the time.
