How does a SPAC become a publicly traded company? What's the process that allows it to become listed on a reputable exchange "without any real assets other than cash"?
- drexlspivey 3y agoSame as every other company, you file some papers with the SEC and make a stock offering
- danpalmer 3y agoBecause they’re very small very simple companies, they’re also much easier than a real company to take public. And by “real” I mean one with products and services and customers and stuff happening.
