I see a man who wants to sound clever and charming by speaking fast and by using an heavy accent as if he's one of the people. The location also speaks 'This is where the American people live'. I really don't understand how people fall for this 'I'm one of you guys' trick. On the other hand, I might be biased, living in a democratic country.
