What? I thought copyright would cover "*.human-with-carved-dog", not "specific.human-with-carved-dog". At least that's how it seems to work if you listen to some people. You draw a flower, nobody can draw a flower anymore. This is the logical conclusion if you believe training on some copyrighted works and then generating different enough content would violate the original copyright. If I remember correctly, just training on a copyrighted image without generating a similar image was argued in court to be copyright infringement.
