Reading this I once again realize that people management genre is astrology for suits.
- Cthulhu_ 3y agoTaking that perspective, some of these books on the subject get funnier - color / personality or Myers-Briggs for example, gotta put the INFJs with the ENFPs else their chakras won't align or... something like that.
