Lebanon has been firing into Israel for many years (including many civilian deaths and attack drones). UNIFIL (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) is ineffective in enforcing UN resolutions 425 and 426. Israel has made many, many complaints to the UN on the topic. The problem is people seem to think UN has any meaning, it doesn't, it's just a hugh waste of money.
