- sumuyuda 3y agoNow imagine if there was only one giant apartment building everyone had to live in. People then don’t have a choice.
- johnnyanmac 3y agoIf the landlord had any hand at all in building the apartment, that may hold some weight. Good thing most countries (even the US) have laws regulating this. You can't suddenly triple rent prices right before a year long lease is about to end.
