B&O has always been sub-par technically.
The depressing thing is that even "high-end" (or at least higher-end) brands now suck. I bought an NAD receiver a while back, thinking it would be a step up from "consumer" brands... and it is an unmitigated piece of shit.
So I went back to the high end of "consumer" (this time a top-of-the-line Pioneer) only to find that despite having 10 amplifiers or so in it, I can't simply have A, B, and C speaker pairs to play music in my house and yard. And incredibly there's no viable workaround.
Design acumen is dead.
