My every-two monthly prescriptions (four different drugs) cost me €8 a time - I would put that under 'great management' (after all, why can't it be done in the States?) I have seen the 'well-managed' US equivalents - it's not that 'we' actually hate the rich, quite the opposite: just please not at the expense of our 'mis-managed(!)' societies.
