'Shameless': Reporters Without Borders rebukes X for claiming to support it

  > "What a shameless, audacious assertion!" RSF Secretary General Christophe Deloire said in a statement sent to NPR. "Linda Yaccarino and her team are deluding themselves." Look, Christophe, if you were Yaccarino you’d delude yourself too; only way to get through the day. Yaccarino is one of the more fascinating parts of this saga, to me; I had assumed that she would do one of: - Quit immediately - Go all-in as Musk's mini-me, rambling about woke mind viruses and retweeting that catshit guy and so forth. - (Low probability, but you never know) Convince Musk to spend more time with his imaginary car tunnels, actually run the company. Got to admit that I did _not_ expect that she'd just kind of ignore that the whole thing was happening, and correspond from an alternate universe. Even more astonishing; _this actually kind of worked, for a while_; some advertisers did return for a bit.
