I noticed you mentioned leaving the leadership team in addition to the Board of Directors in 2021 (which was before Hashicorp changed their projects' license to Business Source License). Were you one of the champions for OSS at Hashicorp during your time in leadership there? And can you speak to whether the leadership's new direction was a factor in your decision to leave the company?
