Hello Apple. iCloud Stuck at 50GB.

"I can't upgrade my iCloud. I just get the message "You're already an Apple music member." https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255342249?sortBy=best ------ I am curious what other people use for backup because obviously Apple does not care to take my money.

Other people tend to contact the vendor via their official support channels (i.e. https://support.apple.com https://support.apple.com and then click "Start now" under "Get Support") rather than complaining about it on the internet.

  Already tried that. Two support reps couldn't fix it.

      I tried that by asking if they could, and they seemed like it wasn't an easy thing to do. Of course, the first person I talked to didn't know what "Ventura" was, so maybe I called the wrong company.
