Reading their official statement it's hard to not get the impression that it wasn't even consulted with their attorney - they deny specific allegations in a way that just begs further investigation. I mean, I'm Polish and worked for such people in the past. The statement reeks of an approach to business that I wish went extinct already, but apparently you still see pockets of it here and there.
