That's such a privileged and insensitive thing to say imo. The careers of all these people are at risk, and no, this is no industrial revolution, there is no replacement for those people unless they decide to become LLM researchers/devs and join the LLM train. I wonder if you said the same thing if your job got made redundant because it's not needed anymore and you need to spend +5 years retraining without having the funds or economical support to do so.
