I've had mine for 4 years, and I'm very happy with it. Myself and everyone else I know with one have fine build quality - and in Australia this would be repaired promptly for free if it were not the case. I've never had a broken OTA update. I don't pay for the extras, but paying for extra features on a car is as old as cars. It's a very comfortable car which is nice to drive, cheap to run and has many features. I'm not sure how you get to "garbage" here.
