What was the evidence supporting the conviction that she killed her children in the first place?
- nier 3y agoIf I read everything correctly, there was no physical evidence but allegations from her husband and her diary entries. Quote 1: «The maxim attributed to UK paediatrician Roy Meadow reads as follows: “One sudden infant death is a tragedy, two is suspicious and three is murder, until proven otherwise.”» Quote 2: «It’s an argument echoed by Ms Rego, who says the diary entries were “cherry-picked” to suit a narrative of guilt.» Source: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-05-21/was-kathleen-folbigg-wrongly-convicted/102353976 https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-05-21/was-kathleen-folbigg-...
