Also a code word for more Black, Hispanic, and female employees? Who are historically and presently underrepresented in IBM's workforce, relative to the population as a whole?
- Boatfaceing 3y agoWhen there is no rational reason to assume that doesn't directly reflect the personal preferences of these "underrepresented" groups? I don't see anyone clamoring to have 50:50 split of male and female in oil riggers, or brick layers. We can see right through this self serving bs these days.
