Idk they did release public access to Gemini on day one. At least for one of the versions.
- zb3 3y agoThis confirms that they don't really withhold access to other models because of "safety", but simply because those models are not as good as advertised.
- TaylorAlexander 3y agoI don't think this confirms that. They could just be better at managing their concerns around LLM safety before announcement.
