I'm not buying the argument that everything AI generated is crap, I mean sure there's a lot of that and most definitely even more in the future but I believe that AI + <insert any job title> is a killer combo and that goes for journalists too.
- voidhorse 3y agoimo it's really contingent on your level of expertise in the domain. If I use AI to help generate content about a subject I know next-to-nothing about, I usually find it's pretty good, largely because I have no idea what good really means for the domain and it passes the bar for me as a lay person. Whenever I use it for content related to an area I know a lot about the result is pretty much still trash level stuff that I could have done a better job producing myself. If nothing else, it will always be derivative.
