Why do a lot of tech companies give big severances? I don't think other industries do it. It's strangely generous.
- JohnFen 3y agoMost tech companies don't. Some do. From my limited observations, such packages don't seem more common in the tech sector than any other professional sector. Just a subjective observation, I have zero data to support that.
