- surge 3y agoI'm not sure if there is. It depends on their financial security and the positions being eliminated. I guess if the severance is good its not so bad.
- nemo44x 3y agoI guess the robustness of the economy too. Losing your job when there’s a lot of hiring might not be the worst. Of course, most mass firings happen when the economy isn’t doing well and finding work can be a challenge if you’re not top talent.
