I'm happy to share more details about the process if people are interested.
- damoncali 14y agoI started paying attention to when I was creative, when I was distracted, when I was effective. I took notes. This I find interesting. Your story resonates with me, but I have not taken the step of systematically identifying when I am worthless vs when I'm "on fire", as you put it.
