- amadeuspagel 3y agoIs it illegal to charge money for a service in europe, or is it only illegal if you also offer an ad-supported free version?
- Kbelicius 3y agoAs far as I understand it consent must be given freely. Currently facebook offers two options, either pay or consent to tracking. In this situation consent isn't given freely since the option to not give consent requires a monetary payment.
- jacooper 3y agoIt's illegal to force people to pay to exercise their legal right to privacy.
- Yujf 3y agoIt is illegal to offer an ad supported version that has no way to turn off personalized ads.
