- goodcanadian 3y agoHe will very likely be deported if he has committed no other crime, but first, they have to figure out where to send him.
- fvdessen 3y agoFun story: A colleague had to fly to the USA for work, but when he arrived they noticed some mistake in the paperwork. They couldn't send him back because an Icelandic volcano had erupted, so they gave him orange overalls and chains and put him in jail for a while
- dannyw 3y agoIt depends on how you act. Most crimes require intent. Going straight to border control, saying “I have no recollection of how I got here. I don’t have a passport” probably wouldn’t have gotten you charged.
- RetroTechie 3y agoThat's basically what happened, and still the dude found himself charged with a crime. So farmdve's comment is spot on.
