That seems remarkably slow compared to what I have experienced recently. 2-3 minutes to port scan is generally what I expect. In fact it’s a good idea to simply black hole and ban the first couple hours of traffic on a new setup. Gets rid of a lot of bad actors with little downside. But this is for personal stuff.
