- 082349872349872 3y agoWasn't a high concentration of productivity laggards a problem for the СНГ/Former Soviet Union? (that said, is 70% unusually high? or should it be expected from the usual Pareto distribution?)
- dsq 3y agoIt looks to me like the UK hasn't figured out what it's going to be when it grows up and finally realizes it doesn't have an empire any more. Is it a global near hegemon woth the worlds greatest navy and global setter of trends and parliamentary practices? Or a middle sized overpopulated country wih bad weather and disgruntled populace.
