Why does indoor only preclude access to rodents?

  Most people generally don’t have rodents in their house. Some pay especially good money to avoid such things

    You’d be surprised. Maybe you just haven’t noticed them because you have a cat.

      The cat would likely hunt them down and make sure the humans see that. I'm from Eastern Europe and have never seen a mouse inside a house here. In Amsterdam they were everywhere.
