A starting point, Apple should be next.
- jonny_eh 3y agoEpic lost to Apple, including on appeal. This will likely be decided by the Supreme Court.

- jonny_eh 3y agoIt's absolutely untenable for there to be a law that applies to one company but not a competitor doing an identical thing.

- TulliusCicero 3y agoYeah, Apple is even more restrictive and monopolistic, which somehow means they're in the clear.

- stingraycharles 3y agoPartially; it’s also because they don’t have secret revenue sharing deals with hardware manufacturers.
