After complaining about this extremist point of view, the author goes on to compare tech optimism with fascism. Equally droll.
- giraffe_lady 3y agoAndreesen favorably quotes Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, one of the authors of the literal fascist manifesto. So sure, that doesn't mean Andreesen is a fascist, necessarily, I guess. But the comparison is neither spurious nor preposterous given that context.
