  OpenWatcom also runs on Linux and DOS. And maybe OS/2, at least it used to at some point. I recall it supported cross-compilation, too.

    Not sure about MacOS, hmm? OK fine. Someone create a docker image for this purpose: https://github.com/crempp/watcom-docker https://github.com/crempp/watcom-docker. Will try it.

      You could probably use DOSBox if the Docker image gives you trouble.
