You might be right about that. I had that impression mentioned in my previous comment because, while browsing HN, I saw 1 pro-Israel article that was unflagged and multiple (probably about 3) pro-Palestine articles that were flagged. That was enough to create an impression but is not a great sample size for a generalisation though. I recall this article we're all commenting on being flagged too, but now it's unflagged for whatever that is worth (likely a sign of diversity of viewpoints on HN).
