Yeah, I’m missing the connection. Is he supposed to hold his stock forever? The stock didn’t crash on announcement of his departure, so even if you’re not aware of scheduling, there was no advantage that I can see to him. Smells like outrage baiting, honestly.

Is the article hinting at the timing? Ie Spotify announces layoffs, stock goes up assuming less expenses so higher profit, then CEO decides to quit to take advantage of rise in stock prices?
