I seem to only be given a selection of 3.5 type models if following those steps.

If the GPT-4 options don't appear, maybe they don't give them to non-paying users? If that's the case, you can add something like 5$ credit to your account.

    This is it. I don't know why they hide models if you don't have enough credits.

      Probably supposed to prevent abuse (people cresting bot accounts to use the free credits with GPT-4)
