Woof, those charts say to me that recreational dosing amount is probably all over the place. Variability on species + drying + stem vs cap percentage + accuracy of consumer scale = no consistency between doses.
- travisjungroth 3y agoYes, this is completely true. IMO, the best option for consistency: 1. Grind up a big batch for uniformity. 2. Have someone more experienced take some, or do it yourself and start at a quarter dose. 3. Get an idea if it’s weak/medium/strong and adjust accordingly. Not perfect, but reasonably close enough for mushrooms since the impact seems to be logarithmic (with weird jumps of effect as well).
