How does the 25 mg used compare to what average non-research users are ingesting?

    Woof, those charts say to me that recreational dosing amount is probably all over the place. Variability on species + drying + stem vs cap percentage + accuracy of consumer scale = no consistency between doses.

      Yes, this is completely true. IMO, the best option for consistency: 1. Grind up a big batch for uniformity. 2. Have someone more experienced take some, or do it yourself and start at a quarter dose. 3. Get an idea if it’s weak/medium/strong and adjust accordingly. Not perfect, but reasonably close enough for mushrooms since the impact seems to be logarithmic (with weird jumps of effect as well).

        Option 2. Go online and buy 4-aco-dmt and a decent scale.
