Sounds more likely he an incel neckbeard who didn't know how to talk to women and got upset because he was rejected by another American woman and perhaps the victim too.
- nulld3v 3y agoSeems to be a bit of both, the prosecutor claims: "the woman was targeted solely because of her role with the NSA". But if you read on, it definitely looks like that was not the sole reason: "Bowles’ internet searches included white supremacy, Unabomber Theodore Kaczynski and attacks on women"
