  Sure absolutely, and if the comment about condoms was put with a little more context it could be read that way. The other comment though, not so much. In any case, If you go to pharmacy and browse that aisle the products are targeted at women because it's primarily women that experience symptoms. You can certainly take those medications, and you probably should if a partner needs to.
