I think this is the sort of thing that normalizes pathology. Paranoia isn’t an evidence-based anxiety around legitimately concerning phenomenon that are objectively observable. Just because more concerning stuff exists doesn’t mean that being more concerned is paranoia.
Just like it isnt optimal to be self-diagnosing with autism and oppositional defiance disorder off of TikTok, this is essentially self diagnosing off of an opinion piece.

Your work asks you to RTO after 3 years of stunning profits and better productivity than ever and you can’t find other work fast enough? Go in, do only what was asked of you, leave exactly on time, and make everything take the maximum time possible. Guys at the factory used to beat up the pace setter who didn’t listen to being told to slow up. Hahaha
