We can argue about nonsense like this for hours but in the end a real genocide is taking place in Gaza.
No amount of trying to criminalize pro-Palestine slogans and banning protests is going to end the Palestinian cause for a free Palestine.
- hotdogscout 3y agoHard to keep up when you change subjects whenever you can't defend your claims, but ok, let's talk about the genocide claim. What's happening in Gaza is not a genocide under ICRC definitions. The death toll in Gaza is significantly lower than other conflicts in the middle east, eg. - ComputerGuru 3y agoWhat a specious argument; “genocide” doesn’t have a threshold on the number of deaths required. And Syria was a completely different situation (though an unspeakable crime at atrocious proportions).
- hotdogscout 3y agoPeople usually don't consider a dozen deaths to be genocide even if it can be but yes you are correct, it doesn't have a threshold.
