(2015), and it has only gotten worse. I doubt the tinfoil hat extension in the photo would be of any help.

I think this is the sort of thing that normalizes pathology. Paranoia isn’t an evidence-based anxiety around legitimately concerning phenomenon that are objectively observable. Just because more concerning stuff exists doesn’t mean that being more concerned is paranoia. Just like it isnt optimal to be self-diagnosing with autism and oppositional defiance disorder off of TikTok, this is essentially self diagnosing off of an opinion piece.

You can't tell me I don't have oppositional defiance disorder! runs into bedroom and slams door
  - tempodox 3y ago
Does non-oppositional defiance exist at all?
    - analognoise 3y ago
Absolutely - Work to Rule, 5th column shit. Your work asks you to RTO after 3 years of stunning profits and better productivity than ever and you can’t find other work fast enough? Go in, do only what was asked of you, leave exactly on time, and make everything take the maximum time possible. Guys at the factory used to beat up the pace setter who didn’t listen to being told to slow up. Hahaha

No, you have MAD: moderately angry disorder. Just take a breather and come out when you're ready.

> As government agencies and tech companies develop more and more intrusive means of watching and influencing people, how can we live free lives? Schedule technology free time? In a Minority Report kind of world that might not be enough, but limiting the avenues those take to influence seems like the obvious answer.
