The phone company can't validate a phone number?
- pixl97 3y agoWho pays for the phone number may not have anything to do with who's using the phone number. It's not like the old days where everything has a copper wire going to one particular place. I mean if the registered owner says "TXSTRGCT" is that the "Texas State Regional Court" or something a spammer setup over some VOIP service?
