- seanp2k2 3y agoI mean, why do you think we really got away from the idea of tying currency to something physical? Money and property are just ideas that enough people agree about to matter. If you don’t agree, too bad and good luck convincing all the others that you’re right, especially with all the resources and power that the winners under this system have gained under it.
