The opposite happens, too. I heard a story of how Chinese buyers bought an old, unused steel mill - think it was in the UK - and shipped it wholesale to China. The technology used in that mill would still be profitable in the Chinese environment, even though it had been superseded in the UK. All this shipping of buildings back and forth...this clearly needs disruption!
