It's too complex for non tech people to put in place ; but it saddens me to think there's an alternative reality where a google or a Microsoft has put it in place and activated it by default, and solved a solid chunk of spams, scams, and made emails secure. This kind of governance issues make it pretty clear that won't ever happen
