I want to use antiX but the "proudly anti-fascist" political message on the website worries me - we recently had news where an open source contributor had their library randomly delete files on a computer if the user was from Russia and I am not sure if the antiX developer will ever decide my country (Turkey) is evil and I deserve to get rm -rf'ed.
- UncleSlacky 3y agoSurely that could happen with any distro?
- extraduder_ire 3y agoI think the odds of it happening decrease as the distro gets more mainstream. At the very least you'd be more likely to be warned about it when it makes headlines.
- throw10920 3y agoYes - like Asahi Linux, the developers of antiX seem pretty volatile and untrustworthy. Best to stay away.
