The high-voltage system for the drive motors, whether 400V or 800V, is unrelated to the low-voltage system for accessories. The transition from 12V to 48V is concerning the low-voltage system. Prior to the Cybertruck, no automobile ever had a fully 48V low-voltage system. To learn more about how this is a big deal, check out Jason Cammisa's video on the subject.
