Yeah - on the one hand I'm really happy for them. They are building something really cool, out in the open under the MIT license. Hopefully outside investment will help them accelerate their plans for Godot. On the other, it's hard to see what the monetization pathway is here for the investors. I suppose plan to offer development consulting to firms using Godot? Some conflict always seems to come up with these "open source but commercial" entities.
